Questions about official Westmoreland County criminal records must go to the office that keeps the requested file. The Clerk of Courts, county prison, Sheriff Warrant Division, local police departments, and Pennsylvania State Police each hold different records. The contacts below route common requests to the proper government custodian.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
